Although traditional Chow Mein is a heavily noodle based dish, my version is abundant with cabbage and rice.  All you need to do is add 300ml of water and cook in your outdoor stove.

 

Gluten free and has no preservatives. 

 

Ingredients: Cabbage, carrot, rice, parsley, stock, pepper, curry.

      Super tasty and filling

      Really delicious!! Only bummer was it took about 30 minutes to cook and that was in 2 portions because of my small pot.

      Oh dear. It does depend on cooking pots and heat. We are working on a faster rice however even for normal rice that's quite some time.

      Yum!

      Full of flavour and lots of veggies. Great serving size. Really hit the spot after a hard day hiking. Highly recommend :)
