Although traditional Chow Mein is a heavily noodle based dish, my version is abundant with cabbage and rice. All you need to do is add 300ml of water and cook in your outdoor stove.
Gluten free and has no preservatives.
Ingredients: Cabbage, carrot, rice, parsley, stock, pepper, curry.

Really delicious!! Only bummer was it took about 30 minutes to cook and that was in 2 portions because of my small pot.
Full of flavour and lots of veggies. Great serving size. Really hit the spot after a hard day hiking. Highly recommend :)
